POLICIES

 


 

DEPOSIT equal to one night plus the applicable taxes is due at time of booking. BALANCE is due upon arrival for two or more night reservations.  

               

PAYMENT accepted: cash, travelers-checks, American Express, Master Card or Visa.  NO checks will be accepted as a balance payment at arrival. No third-party checks are accepted. Checks accepted only as full payment on a reservation and received a minimum of 2 weeks before arrival.

 

MINIMUM NIGHTS REQUIRED:
2 nights minimum on *weekends ~ May through November    

*weekends include the Friday and or the Saturday night.  

3 nights minimum on select HOLIDAY WEEKENDS Please inquire as to which are

                                               
2 nights minimum throughout the month of October ~ Peak Fall Colors      

      

BREAKFAST service is at either 8:00 or 9:00 AM. As it is a served breakfast and not a buffet, you will be asked upon arrival and each morning for the following days prefered time. 

No breakfast service begins after 9:15 AM 

 

NO PETS are allowed and none are onsite

 

CHILDREN 13 years/older are permitted all year round  

Please inquire as to January, February, March, July or August availability with children under 13

 

NO SMOKING or incense burning indoors. Outdoor smoking areas are provided

 

CHECK-IN with the Hosts starts at 4:00 and ends 7:00 PM  

Due to our intimate size public restrooms or luggage storage is not available prior to your room at 4:00 PM   

Inquire as to any availability of an "EARLY" (after 3:00) or "LATE" (after 7:00 & before 11:00) "SELF" Check-In

 

CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 AM

  


 

CANCELLATION

Due to our intimate size and location all cancellations affect us greatly. All will incur a SERVICE CHARGE regardless of the reason; including but not limited to those due to any emergency of health, illness, death, family, transportation delay/cancellation, work or weather...                                                                                                                                                                

7 DAYS OR MORE prior to arrival date you receive a refund of your deposit less $22.43 as a SERVICE CHARGE

6 DAYS OR LESS prior to arrival date there is NO REFUND, the SERVICE CHARGE is 100% of your deposit.  

"No show"  on a reservation will incur 100% charge to credit card on file for all the nights reserved.
