POLICIES
- DEPOSIT of 50% is required to hold a reservation of two or more nights, with balance due upon arrival and a One night stay requires payment in full.
- PAYMENT accepted: cash, money order, Travelers Checks, American Express, Master Card or Visa.
- MINIMUM NIGHTS:
2 nights on *Weekends ~ May through November * includes a Fri. and or Sat. night. 2 nights throughout the month of October ~ "Peak Fall Colors".
- BREAKFAST is served at; 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30 am.
- NO pets.
- NO children under 13 years old.
- NO smoking or incense burning indoors. Outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- CHECK IN is 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Any Earlier or Late Arrival times must be prearranged 24 hours prior.
- CHECK OUT is 11:00 am.
- CANCELLATION:
Any cancellations regardless of reason including, but not limited to those due to health/illness, Family emergency, transportation, work or weather.
Service Charges will be deducted from your Reservation Deposit & any balance will be refunded.
~ $10.00 Service Charge for any cancellation 15 or more days before arrival date.
~ 20% Service Charge on one night, if canceled 14 to 7 days before arrival date.
~ 20% Service Charge for each night reserved, if canceled 6 days to 2 days before arrival date.
~ The full Reservation Deposit amount as Service Charge for cancellations made
with 24 hours or less before arrival.
~ Any "No Shows" will be charged the full amount for every night they have reserved.
